We are well above pace to gain 20% this year. Hopefully we can get up to 30%.
The big change coming up in June will be paying off the house. It probably won't happen June 30th, but it should be done by July 10th!!! Then some of the other Net Worth numbers should start improving. That Net Worth w/o Home or IRA really needs to get into the positive before the end of the month. It shouldn't take that long as soon as we are done paying off the house. I would think within 3 months that will be a very positive and happy number.
