Here is the major reason why to not payoff all of your debt...
THINGS WILL START BREAKING!!!!
Today is July 24th, 23 days after paying off the house, let's take a look....
1. Have a blowout close to August GA on the interstate, have to replace tires and brakes.
2. 3 days after that, one of the said tires decides to eat a drill bit.
3. 5 days after that, go to turn on the windshield wipers, they don't work...
4. And now 2 weeks later, Susan goes to put some shirts in the dryer. Yep, dryer won't turn back on. Just makes a noise that pretty much says, Buzzz, wrong answer.

Perhaps we should take out another mortgage just to make the chaos stop. Oh wait, let's not! =)
Yep, time to get that home equity loan we keep making fun of....its the only way to stop the madness!!!
